60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a refund. If your product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, you are eligible for a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our customer support team at hello@bypoedagar.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide instructions on how to return your product.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case, we will cover the return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, promotional items, and products purchased at a discounted price (unless defective) are not eligible for a refund.
